It is delivered flat packed for self-assembly. The manufacturers currently only provide pictorial instructions - there are no written instructions.

Our deliveries start from 06:00 and finish around 20:00 - depending on your area, with goods delivered seven days per week. Should the provided time slot or date be unsuitable, please get in touch with us, and we will do everything we can to accommodate your needs! Deliveries to Central London are typically between 06:00 - 08:00! Leave appropriate instructions if the property is gated and has a concierge.

You can book an additional service if you wish to have it delivered to your property if you live in the basement flat or if the ground floor of your property is located on the 1st floor and above (multi-storey building). On wet rainy days, it is advisable to have a carpet cover made available for our staff to wipe their boots upon before entering your premises.
